Yes, we ship worldwide. A small number of countries and regions are blocked or restricted by our carriers, and availability is confirmed at checkout. US orders are fulfilled from Los Angeles on our Special Line service (5 days average, 95% within 7). Orders to Canada, the UK, and Europe travel on Special Line (10 days average, 95% within 15), and the rest of the world on Special Line Pro (7 days average, 95% within 10). International Express is available worldwide at 5 days average. Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we serve, with no minimum spend. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–7 business days, then shipping takes 5–15 days depending on the service and destination. Door to door, most orders land in 12–21 days. Transit estimates cover the carrier leg only and do not include the dispatch window.

Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded while they are still in review, before they enter dispatch. That is usually a window of a couple of hours after purchase. Once an order has entered dispatch we cannot cancel or amend it. Contact orders@oval-rugby.com as soon as possible.

Yes. Limited colourways are occasionally offered as pre-orders with an estimated dispatch window. XV Club members receive early access to pre-order windows before public announcement.

OVAL is designed in Canada and produced by our apparel manufacturing partner. Orders shipping to the United States are cut, sewn, and dispatched from their facility in Los Angeles, California. Orders to Canada and the rest of the world are produced and dispatched from their overseas partner facilities.

380gsm. It is a substantial, structured cotton fleece, not a mid-layer but a proper outer garment suitable for pitchside or clubhouse wear from October through March.

Yes. The zipper pull, zip slider, and cuff hardware are solid brass with a bespoke engraved winged-ball mark. They will develop a natural patina over time, which we consider part of the character.

Most are. All tops can be machine washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. See our Care Instructions page for full product-specific guidance.

We cannot accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Please measure against the Size Guide before ordering. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email returns@oval-rugby.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full. Returns must be confirmed by us in writing first, and items must come back unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The XV Club is OVAL’s private membership. Members receive first access to new drops, exclusive colourways not offered to the general public, invitations to OVAL events, and a personal allocation during limited runs.

Apply via the XV Club page or the email sign-up in the footer. Membership is by invitation only. We review applications and contact successful candidates by email.

Founding membership is complimentary during the 2026 launch year. Membership terms for subsequent years will be communicated to existing members in advance.
