When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
When you browse our site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
If you subscribe to the XV Club newsletter or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide at that time.
How We Use Your Information
To fulfil and manage orders, including processing payments, arranging delivery, and handling returns.
To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service communications.
If you have opted in, to send you marketing communications about new products, drops, and exclusive XV Club content. You may unsubscribe at any time.
To improve our website, understand how customers navigate our store, and troubleshoot technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted third parties who help us operate the business: payment processors, shipping couriers, email delivery platforms, and analytics providers. Each is bound by data processing agreements.

Data Retention
We retain your order and account data for as long as necessary to fulfil legal obligations and resolve disputes, typically six years for transaction records. Marketing consent records are retained until you withdraw consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls for data at rest. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
