- Orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–7 business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Total door-to-door time is typically 12–21 days. The transit estimates above cover shipping only and do not include production.
- We ship worldwide. A small number of countries and regions are blocked or restricted by our carriers, availability is confirmed at checkout.
- Shipping is free worldwide on every order, to every destination we serve, with no minimum spend.
- Duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply on international shipments and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance and local public holidays can extend transit.
- Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves the facility.
- Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused customs charge will incur a new shipping fee to be re-sent.
- If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns & Claims
Return Policy
We cannot accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Please check the Size Guide carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before they enter dispatch, usually within a couple of hours of purchase. Email us immediately if you need to cancel.
Claims Process
- Email returns@oval-rugby.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
- We review every claim and confirm your return in writing. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and unwashed. Return postage is covered by us whenever the fault is ours.
- Approved claims are processed within 7 working days, with the refund issued to the original payment method.
