By accessing or purchasing from oval.rugby, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse orders at our discretion.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are inclusive of applicable GST/HST/PST where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; in such cases we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order, acceptance occurs when goods are dispatched.

Limited-edition products (including 1/100 runs) are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount including shipping.

All transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. We are not liable for delays caused by payment processing.

All OVAL products are designed in Canada and manufactured to order by our apparel manufacturing partner. Orders shipping to the United States are produced and dispatched from their facility in Los Angeles, California. All other orders are produced and dispatched from their overseas partner facilities.

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 3-7 business days before the parcel is handed to a carrier.

We ship worldwide, subject to carrier restrictions. Some countries and regions are blocked or restricted for international shipping and availability is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout from the destination address and the weight of the order. We do not offer free shipping.

Transit estimates by service are: Special Line, 10 days average with 95% delivered within 15; Special Line Pro, 7 days average with 95% within 10; USA Special Line from our Los Angeles facility, 5 days average with 95% within 7; International Express, 5 days average with 95% within 7; and Standard Shipping, 25 days average with 95% within 30. These are estimates only and exclude production time. Total door-to-door time is typically 12-21 days.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

Import duties and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility on international orders. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused customs charge will incur a new shipping fee to be re-sent.

We do not accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our published Size Guide before ordering.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, with photographic evidence. Approved claims are replaced or refunded in full.

All returns must be authorised by us in writing before being sent. Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Where the fault is not ours, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Orders may only be cancelled and fully refunded while still in review, before they enter dispatch.

Claims are processed within 7 working days, with refunds issued to the original payment method.

All content on oval.rugby, including copy, photography, logos, and the OVAL winged-ball mark, is the intellectual property of OVAL Rugby Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

The OVAL name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVAL Rugby Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

If you are a consumer outside Ontario, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your province or country of residence.
